Before you reserve your date
The Avery Arches
booking policy.
Clear expectations protect your vision, your event date, and every specialty piece prepared for your celebration.
Booking & payment
A signed agreement and 50% nonrefundable retainer are required to reserve your date. Quotes and inquiries do not hold availability. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
Customizations & changes
Colors, theme, wording, and major design choices must be finalized at least 14 days before the event. Later changes are subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
Travel & additional costs
Published prices are starting investments. Delivery, travel outside the included 757 service area, taxes, outdoor installation, difficult venue access, specialty materials, teardown, and late-night retrieval may be additional.
Rentals & responsibility
Backdrops, stands, marquee pieces, cylinders, signs, and other rental items remain Avery Arches property. Clients are responsible for loss or damage from delivery through retrieval.
Outdoor installations
Outdoor balloons are affected by heat, wind, rain, and direct sunlight. Avery Arches may adjust or decline an unsafe installation, and balloon longevity cannot be guaranteed after setup.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Retainers are nonrefundable. One reschedule may be considered with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability and any new material, travel, or pricing differences.
Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking. Your date is secured only after the agreement and required retainer are received.
